At one time or another we all suffer from stomach pain to some degree. Fortunately in this modern age you don’t have to simply wait it out. There are a wide variety of quick and effective treatments that won’t leave you feeling groggy.

Recently I stumbled upon a great resource detailing a variety of herbal treatments for stomach and abdominal pain. The folks over at PainRelef101.com have revealed their insights on how to better manage your stomach and abdominal pain.

Peppermint, slippery elm, kankerbossie, ginger and a variety of other herbal sources are a great way to quickly bring some relief to your frustrations. Peppermint in particular is one I’ve used several times.
